Sr. Technical Office Mechanical Engineer

Job purpose : follow the Mechanical team he/she is assigned for (Building, Infra & Landscape) to eliminate the rework at site by technical review the IFT & IFC packages and provide the shop drawings of all projects in coordination with other departments in order to reach the most benefits of the project. Accountabilities & Responsibilities :  Follow up with the Mechanical team he/she is assigned for to eliminate the rework at site by technical review all projects (Building, Infra & Landscape) for the received IFT (Issue for Tender) & IFC (Issue for Construction) Package and issuing technical report (TQs/RFIs) if any.Review the final product of the Mechanical team to produce all shop drawings in coordination with all trades for all projects. Follow the Mechanical sub contract (shop drawings) if required outsourcing the work.Review on the Mechanical team to issue BIM model or upgrade the BIM model received from the client up to level of detailing 400 as per time schedule for all projects.Ensure that the design report is complete from the design and construction point of view and issue the value engineering report if any for all projects. Identify the variation orders during the construction stage for all projects by the Mechanical team.assist other departments with requested data to ensure smooth of work flow.
