Sr. Technical Product Planning Manager

Develop and implement strategy (STRAP) for FP Foam Blowing Agent, Aerosol and Solvent e.g. FIP biz in Japan to drive revenue and gross profit for both existing products and new products(applications) working with both APAC and global leaders. Work closely with Japan sales team, develop Japan FIP marketplace opportunities and set up solid New Product(Application) Introduction pipelines for strong growth in Japan. Connect with Japan FIP industry stakeholders and relating government offices to promote Honeywell Solstice platform with solid plans. Work with customer marketing team to increase the awareness of FIP Solstice products and accelerate the conversion from HFC to HFO in different applications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport mid-term strategy process (STRAP) with alignment with Global & APAC teamIdentify new business opportunities and convert with new HFO products.
