Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across multiple domains such as software engineering, data science, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.Evaluate candidates’ technical and soft skills through interviews, assessments, and technical discussions.Collaborate with HR and management to ensure competitive compensation packages and smooth onboarding.Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring data using the company’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.Keep up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to refine recruitment practices.Mentor and guide junior recruiters as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT, software, or technology industry.Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data engineering, DevOps, QA).Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions.Excellent sourcing skills with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
