As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the most engaging experiences for users across various platforms. You will collaborate with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives, and translate them into intuitive interfaces and interactions.Qualifications (Immediately Hiring)Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX) Design, or relevant fields5+ years of UX design experience, preferably with a focus on enterprise software and complex systemsDemonstrated expertise in designing and delivering UX solutions, with a portfolio of work that showcases your design process, design principles, and design impact (please send the link to your portfolio)Exceptional visual design skills, with the ability to design high-quality mockups, prototypes, and design assetsExperience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ability to communicate design rationale effectively to various audiencesStrong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and FigmaFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ability to work with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designsExperience with Agile and Lean design methodologies, and ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving requirementsDriven and self-motivated, with a passion for solving complex problems and designing compelling user experiences📢 Immediately hiring – candidates who are available to join soon are highly preferred.
