Sr. UX and Graphics Designer

Our team is passionate about using creativity to make a positive impact on the world through meaningful digital engagement. Do Not Apply If: You don't reside in Surabaya or surrounding area.You are not fluent in verbal and written English. You do not have at least 6 years of professional experience in both graphic design and UX design. You lack a strong portfolio showcasing both graphics and UX projects. You are unfamiliar with Figma, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite. You cannot design responsive, mobile-first websites or apps. You struggle to balance visual creativity with usability and accessibility. You have never created wireframes, prototypes, or user flows. You cannot collaborate with developers, marketing, or product teams effectively. You are unable to manage multiple design projects and deliver on time. If any of the above apply to you, please do not apply.Role Overview: As a Senior UX & Graphics Designer, you will lead the creative and user experience direction for our digital projects. This includes designing visually compelling graphics, developing intuitive and responsive web layouts, and enhancing the overall user journey. You will work closely with developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure all visuals and user experiences align with both business objectives and audience needs. Key Responsibilities: Graphics & Visual Design Design engaging, original visuals for websites, social media, digital ads, and print materials. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets. Develop creative concepts that communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Produce marketing visuals, infographics, and promotional materials aligned with campaign goals. UX Design Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for websites and mobile apps. Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces focusing on accessibility and functionality. Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to guide design decisions. Develop and maintain design systems and libraries for scalability and consistency. Ensure seamless implementation of designs with front-end developers. Collaboration & Project Leadership Work closely with marketing and product teams to align designs with brand and campaign strategies. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve team output. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools. Continuously seek ways to improve visual storytelling and user experience. Contribute creative ideas that enhance brand identity and digital engagement. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of combined experience in graphic design and UX design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Adobe XD. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design principles. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and project management. Experience using Agile tools such as Trello, Jira, or Slack. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Must reside in Surabaya or surrounding area.What We Offer: Competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.  Work on exciting projects for international clients.  A supportive team culture that values innovation and excellence.  Opportunities for professional development and learning.  NOTE: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
