Note: location is flexible, i. e. Dublin or Limerick, with hybrid working supported. SSA is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist / Consultant on behalf of a prestigious multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Munster and Leinster. Working closely with the Directors, the main objective of this client-facing role is to grow the company’s market share in this area. As the business unit develops, opportunities to progress within the firm will be presented to you. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end tender processes in full compliance with EU Procurement Directives, ensuring timely and compliant contract awards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency and ensure value for money. Apply comprehensive knowledge of Irish public procurement frameworks, including the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) guidelines and the eTenders platform.

Lead all stages of the competitive procurement lifecycle, including market engagement, supplier shortlisting, preparation of tender documentation, tender management, and evaluation. Provide expert guidance on contract risk and support the development of innovative delivery and contracting models across multiple initiatives.
