该职位来源于猎聘 HR Global SSC Senior Specialist – Europe (mainly France) Based in Guangzhou Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with local HR teams in Europe. Prepare and issue employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related documentation Maintain and update employee data accurately in HR systems (HRIS, payroll tools, etc.). Ensure timely and compliant processing of employee life-cycle changes (promotions, transfers, terminations). Provide professional, timely, and accurate support to employees and managers on HR process and policy inquiries. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or shared services. Experience supporting international markets, particularly France or Europe, is a strong plus. Languages & skills Fluent in French (must) Basic English communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, careful, and highly diligent.
