Working closely with the GM – Strategic Partnerships & Engagement your primary goal is to help grow and strengthen our fundraising supporter base through meaningful engagement, compelling donor experiences and fostering sustainable partnerships with organisations and individuals who share our passion. You’ll identify and cultivate new opportunities, manage low to medium-stakes partnerships, and apply data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making. From delivering monthly and annual targets, to managing CRM systems and donor segmentation, you’ll bring a thoughtful mix of relationship-building and operational know-how to the table.
You’ll also be part of a small, collaborative and positive team that thrives on bringing ideas to life and driving results. Whether you have worked in NFP previously or not, your supportive, technically brilliant GM will be there to support your growth and guide you to deliver with impact. A day on the job will see you:
