Role overviewAs a Delivery EHS Professional (Trainee), you’ll be right at the heart of our construction projects, working alongside expert teams to help keep people safe, the environment protected, and everything running to the highest standards. This is a role for someone who wants to make a difference: to look after people, improve processes, and help shape the future of safe, responsible infrastructure. You won’t be expected to know everything already. You’ll be supported throughout your training, building skills, confidence, and experience that could take you anywhere in the industry.

Tasks and responsibilitiesSupport big builds from the insideJoin our project delivery teams on-site at one or more STACK construction projects across Europe. Champion safety cultureLearn how to lead by example; inspiring teams to keep safety top of mind, every day. Inspect, investigate, and improveSupport audits, inspections, and incident investigations, helping to meet and exceed both local regulations and STACK standards. Understand and analyse EHS dataTrack leading and lagging safety indicators, spot trends, and contribute ideas to make things even better.

Master documentation and complianceKeep project safety registers up to date, review safety plans, and work with local authorities and legal appointments. Be a voice for EHS on sitePresent safety updates at internal and client meetings, helping everyone stay informed and aligned. Promote innovation and wellbeingCelebrate great ideas, champion new initiatives, and support a psychologically safe, inclusive work environment.
