HYBE AMERICA creates synergistic opportunities for artists, businesses, and brands through its integrated approach to talent development, content creation, and technological innovation that transcends industries.What You'll DoManage accounts payable processesSet up and maintain vendor and customer master dataProcess vendor invoices and provide list of required cash paymentsReview outstanding expense reports and unprocessed invoices to provide accurate accrualsAssist the Accounting Manager in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processPrepare of journal entries and compile supporting documentsPrepare account reconciliationsRevenue cycle management from recognition to billing and collectionSupport of the external auditPerforms other related duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldsKnowledge of general financial and managerial accountingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.2+ years of relevant accounting experience (industry or public)Proficiency in MS Office including Word and ExcelAbility to work under pressure and within hard deadlinesAbility to adapt and pivot in a fast-changing environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsNice to HavesPrior record label / accounting firm experienceIn-dept understanding of IFRS and US-GAAPExperience with ERP systems such as SAPSalary Range: $65,000-$75,000/year
