Get to Know the RoleAs an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including transaction recording, reconciliation, invoicing, and financial administration. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure financial data is accurate, well-documented, and aligned with company procedures and accounting standards.What You’ll Do? Verify payment documents and perform transaction reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.Manage the invoicing process and accurately input financial transaction data into the system.Prepare and monitor daily petty cash reports and Account Payable (AP) operations.Organize and maintain financial documents in a systematic and well-structured manner.Support financial administration processes and cost control activities.Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with company procedures and applicable accounting standards.Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial administration and financial reporting needs.QualificationsMinimum Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience as an Accounting Staff.Strong understanding of reconciliation, invoicing, and financial administration processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and high accuracy in handling numbers.Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Well-organized, systematic, and responsible.Willing to work in Tangerang City, Banten.What We Offer?Competitive compensation and benefitsPerformance-based annual bonus as recognition for your contributionsCompany-covered PPh21 (tax allowance), ensuring optimal take-home payCareer growth opportunities within a growing cosmetic manufacturing companyA supportive and collaborative work environmentFollow and be a part of us!Want to know more about our company?
