Job Description
Key objectives: Perform daily operational and administrative tasks across the Innovation Team. Ensure smooth coordination of meetings, document management, and system entries. Provide logistical and communication support to the Innovation team.Key duties: Administrative Organize team calendars, workshop schedules, and internal meetings. Support documentation for NDAs, contracts, and internal reports. Data & System Entry Input and update project and partner data into internal systems/platforms. Assist in preparing slide decks, reports, and records. Event & Communication Support Coordinate logistics for innovation workshops, summits, or partner visits. Assist in crafting email communications or internal announcements. File & Document Management Maintain shared folders, naming protocols, and access rights for key documents. Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of innovation files.Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business adminsistration or relevant field 1+ years of experience in administrative or operations role Strong organizational & multitasking skills Proficient in MS office, Good interpersonal and Communication, both written & Verbal
