Job Descriptions:Daily operation network and standby shifting 7x24 hoursTroubleshooting, maintenance, installs & configure new network device, configure new connection on Infrastructure Company or Customer side.Handling Core Network and Distribution NetworkResponse email and alarm alert on group chatResponse alarm on Network monitoring system and resolved the alarm/problem Monitoring all connection (private & public connection) running properly; connection between network devices, connection between Datacenter/ Local Loop, and BGP Internet connection Monitoring device network running on NMSDaily report via tools based on incoming resolved case.
