Objective and Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top dental professionals and support staff to meet the staffing needs of the organization’s multi-state operations. This includes building relationships with candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience. The role supports the organization’s growth by identifying talent that aligns with clinical excellence, culture, and long-term organizational goals. Position Base Pay Range: $65,000 USD - $70,000 USD Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients.
