Staff Specialist Accounting, Tax & Reporting

In this role you're responsible for compliance & audit program activities, maintaining legal documentation and propose corrective action on tax & accounting matter.Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:Responsible and manage company compliance program and activities (e.g. workshop, campaign etc.)Collaborate with internal auditor to improve company processMain contact for Internal AuditorMonitor follow-up & implementation of internal audit recommendations, ensuring effective remediationDevelop risk mitigation strategies, identify vulnerabilities or fraud risks, and recommend corrective actionMonitor employees’ completion of compliance mandatory trainingCoordinate with Chief Financial Officer / Compliance Officer in the related legal and compliance topicEngage in process legal documentation (e.g. business licenses, certifications, reports etc.)Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure that compliance with the rules and regulationsContribute & propose corrective action related tax & accounting topic.Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalentMin. 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling compliance activitiesGood knowledge and understanding in legal, corporate governance and governmental processes and proceduresUnderstanding of Internal Auditor would be a plusUnderstanding of Accounting and Taxation would be a plusProficient in English, with excellent oral and written skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersAble to work independently with minimum supervision.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
