Monitor changes in industry regulations and adjust quality requirements as needed. Familiar with IATF, AIAG Core Tools, ISO requirements. Supplier Evaluation And SelectionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential suppliers.Assess supplier capabilities, quality systems, and performance history during Skyworks Supplier Development Review Supplier DevelopmentAssist suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives such as Zero Defects, Clean Launches. Lead supplier audits to evaluate their processes and quality control measures. Provide guidance on process enhancements and best practices. Review PPM/Yield/SPC trend especially for critical part numbersReview CTQ’s for both input & Output in a regular basis Investigating and resolving non-conformances and escapes by utilizing industry and Skyworks investigation tools and practices, DMAIC, 8-D, FMEA, and driving initiatives to implement robust root cause corrective actions and mistake proofing. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality. Regularly track and report supplier performance against KPIs. Supplier Change Management Root Cause Analysis And Problem SolvingInvestigating and resolving non-conformances and escapes by utilizing industry and Skyworks investigation tools and practices, DMAIC, 8-D, FMEA, and driving initiatives to implement robust root cause corrective actions and mistake proofing.Sampling plan selection Risk Assessment (inclusive of reliability) for Material disposition Expert in 8D processesRequired Experience And SkillsBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Minimal 10 years’ Experience in Laminate Packages/ Leadframe Packages manufacturing processes and quality control. Must Have Strong Analytical Mindset, Expert in Problem Solving Tools (FMEA, 8D, etc). Be ready to drive Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions relentlessly with Suppliers. Can do, Never Give up Mindset Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Expert Leader in Packaging Emerging Trends & Technologies.Strong Language Skill.
