Our client, a smart payment cashier software company, is currently looking for a Senior PSP Product Manager at their offices onsite in Limassol- Cyprus. Job Summary: The PSP product manager will work with cross-functional teams to drive the PSP product vision,manage the PSP product backlog, and deliver features that provide significant value to ourmerchants. This role ensures that security best practices, compliance requirements, andquality management principles are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:
New PSP Integration RequestsDefine project scope and gather requirementsCoordinate with merchants and PSPs for scope clarificationDraft technical specifications for the development teamManage progress and delivery in line with company prioritiesAPI Update RequestsAnalyze requested updates and their impactDefine priorities and technical requirementsOversee execution and ensure alignment with business needsCross-Functional CollaborationParticipate in PMO-coordinated projects where PSP expertise is required (not as aproject manager, but as a contributor)Act as the PSP integration subject-matter expert in communications with PSPs, internalteams, and stakeholders (via Telegram, Teams, Slack, calls, etc.
)PSP Product OwnershipLead internal PSP-related product requestsCollaborate with the Praxis Product team to define requirements and roadmap itemsTrack and manage progress from ideation through implementationProvide developers with clear and actionable technical specificationsKnowledge Sharing & DocumentationMaintain and enhance the internal PSP KnowledgebaseProvide internal stakeholders with up-to-date information on PSP flows, features, andintegration specificsDeliver flow recordings and documentation to support operational clarityQualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; atechnical background is highly preferred. • 3+ years of experience in product management or technical project management,ideally within the fintech, payments, or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven experience managing API-based product features or integrations, preferablywith PSPs (Payment Service Providers). • Strong understanding of PSP ecosystems, transaction flows, and API architectures. • Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks such as ISO/IEC27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR. • Ability to draft detailed technical specifications and interface effectively withdevelopment teams. • Working knowledge of QA methodologies and software development lifecycles(Agile/Scrum). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complextechnical topics to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams(Product, Dev, QA, InfoSec, Compliance).
• Comfortable using collaboration platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, andproject tracking tools (e. g. , JIRA, Confluence). • Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and secure developmentpractices.
