Our technology starts with you.____________________________________________________YOUR ROLE You will work on improving Lead Frame IPC management to reduce LF scrap, improve yield, and facilitate day-to-day management and traceability. You will use a structured improvement approach, such as DMAIC, and collaborate with different industrial functions.Main TasksAnalyze current Lead Frame usage, scrap, and inventory/IPC flowsMap and review existing LF IPC management processes and rulesIdentify main causes of LF scrap and mismanagement (mismatches, misallocations, mix-up risks, etc.)Propose, test, and validate improvement actions on IPC rules, data, and tools (coding, tracking, stock management)Contribute to improving traceability and robustness of LF management across production stepsMonitor key indicators (scrap, stock accuracy, LF availability, yield impact)Prepare reports, standard procedures, and presentations on project progress and resultsYour Skills & ExperiencesEngineer or Master’s degree student in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Microelectronics or equivalentKnowledge or interest in continuous improvement (DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma)Interest in material/stock management, traceability and industrial data flowsGood skills in data analysis and use of Excel or similar toolsAnalytical, rigorous, organized, and able to work in a teamAbility to read and write technical documentation in English_______________________________________________ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
