Our technology starts with you.YOUR ROLEYou take part in designing and implementing an automated monitoring system for Burn‑in drivers and extenders, covering more than 500 slots, in order to detect failures early and secure production performance.Analyze the operational and technical needs of Production, Maintenance and Engineering for the monitoring of drivers and extenders.Study and consolidate the available data sources (equipment logs, test results, configuration data, alarms, etc.) to build a reliable monitoring architecture.Contribute to the design of the monitoring system architecture (data collection, data processing, storage and alerting mechanisms).Develop a visualization and alerting tool providing a clear real‑time view of each slot status and enabling quick localization of defective drivers/extenders.Implement automatic detection of technical issues (failures, drifts, wrong settings) and generate alerts to minimize impact on yield and capacity.Build statistics and reports (failure rate by driver/extender, recurrent issues, MTBF/MTTR indicators, etc.) to support preventive/corrective maintenance and fleet optimization.Participate in testing, deployment and continuous improvement of the solution with shopfloor users.Your Skills & ExperiencesBackground in engineering / electronics / computer science / data or similar.Understanding of test/measurement equipment or manufacturing environments is a plus.Knowledge of data acquisition and monitoring concepts (logs, alarms, thresholds, KPIs).Experience or familiarity with data processing and visualization tools (dashboards, alerting systems).Basic skills in database design and scripting/programming to implement data flows and analyses.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify failure patterns and propose improvements.Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Engineering).ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
