Job DescriptionTo proactively drive initiatives that strengthen relationship-based client engagement, enhance customer experience, and deliver value to both the client and the bank. This role supports the Relationship Manager in deepening client relationships, improving portfolio profitability, and ensuring full compliance with bank policies and procedures, ultimately fostering customer loyalty and entrenchment.
