Start-Up Specialist (Contract Negotiator)📍 Location: office based, Istambul or home basedJoin our mission to advance clinical research.We’re seeking a Site-Readiness and Start-Up Specialist to be the go-to expert for site agreements negotiation with sites in Turkey.What You’ll DoPerform initial and amended contract and budget negotiations with the sitesServe as the primary contact for investigative sites during start-up and maintenancePrepare and manage essential regulatory documents for submissionsTrack timelines, flag risks, and support the team with regulatory expertiseAct as a knowledge resource to train or mentor junior colleagues, when applicableWhat You BringAt least 1 year of experience with contract negotiationGood knowledge of local procedures (submissions and communication via site portals)Good knowledge of MOH tariffs and their implementation in the site budgetsDegree in life sciences or equivalent experience.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solvingProficient English language skillsNice To HaveExperience with Turkish MOH regulatory systems and sites portalsWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a dedicated, collaborative team driving impactful clinical studies.
