About the Role:We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage all social media pages of TQNEEN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that reflects the company’s brand identity and increases engagement across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a monthly social media content plan aligned with company goals.Write and publish posts across different platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Design engaging visuals, infographics, and promotional materials for posts.Monitor page engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain active community interaction.Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and prepare periodic reports.Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, ideally in the legal services field or for law-related pages.Strong copywriting and content creation skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in social media management tools and design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Preferred:Background or understanding of the legal or consultancy sector.Experience in running paid social media campaigns is a plus.
