We're changing energy – bring yours.Job DescriptionAs State Operations Coordinator, you’ll manage day-to-day field operations and project rollouts, ensuring safe, compliant meter installations that meet business goals. You’ll collaborate with State Field Coordinators and stakeholders to drive performance and resolve operational challenges.Your Key AccountabilitiesOversee FSP deployment under the Legacy Meter Replacement Plan; manage quotas and mitigate MIT risksMonitor volumes, forecast demand, and align retailer needs with FSP capacityResolve customer and ombudsman escalations promptlyTrack and address UTC/UTA trends in real timeLead deployment planning, translating budgets into delivery plansSupport technician onboarding and ramp-up for target achievementManage safety escalations and WHS reportingIdentify and mitigate operational risks; pivot resources as neededDrive automation initiatives within field operationsProvide guidance to supervisors and technicians; resolve in-field issuesCollaborate with retailers and technical teams for timely project completionValidate FSP claims for invoicingBuild strong relationships with internal teams, retailers, and FSPsQualificationsElectrical/industry experience preferredStrong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); Power BI expertise highly beneficial Skilled in report generation and data analysisHighly organised, able to prioritise and meet ambitious goals in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving, risk management, and attention to detailExcellent communication - clear and directSelf-motivated, adaptable, and collaborativePositive attitude, team-focused, and open to learningMethodical approach with influencing and negotiation skillsAdditional InformationWe offer a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values collaboration and diversity.
