Join our team as an MCT Technician and take the lead in ensuring aircraft safety and airworthiness!Act as deputy to the Technical Manager, coordinate with crews and partners, guide your team’s growth, and help drive operational excellence.Apply now and let your expertise take flight! ✈️TasksThe Station Engineer line Maintenance is responsible for:To do and certify maintenance work on condition that the authorized person has a Type Rating according to ATA Spec. 104 Level 3The MCT manages the maintenance operation and performs all necessary steps to ensure compliance with EASA standardsThe MCT supervises all technical and operational aspects at the station and coordinates work routines with internal and external parties, including crewsThe MCT manages the entire technical handling and coordinates all flights allocated to their shift to ensure safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service Participate in other duties as assignedRequirementsTo thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:A-level standard of education as well as several years of work experienceEASA PART 66 Type Training Level 3 - Line & Base Maintenance B1.1 or B2- Theoretical and practical elementSuccessfully passed EASA Part 145 AssessmentSuccessfully passed "EASA Part 66 CAT B*2- / EASA Part 145 MCT examinationGood knowledge of business managementFluency in English language requiredGerman & Japanese language desirableSystematic and structured working methodsSuitability for shift work, ability to take physical and mental stressGood linguistic skillsHigh sense of responsibility & social competenceFundamentals in accountingValid passport & driving licenseMust be willing to work shiftsMust possess a legal work permit in Japan CV/Resume required Company will not provide relocation assistance
