Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and improving business processes, and ensuring efficiency across all departments.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, optimizing operational performance, managing budgets, and ensuring financial health. The COO will collaborate with other executives and staff to align operations with the company’s strategic goals.
