A Snapshot of Your DayProject management (such as order execution, technical clarification, production planning, on time delivery) / risk management / claim management / document management/customer relationship managementHow You’ll Make An Impact Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead the project team, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Organize regular meetings to ensure effective communication among team members. Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Regularly report project progress to clients and address their feedback. Ensure project deliverables meet company and industry standards. Conduct post-project evaluations, summarize lessons learned, and continuously improve project management processes. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure projects are completed within budget. Prepare financial reports and analyze project financial status.What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Over 5 years of project management experience in the transformer or power industry, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Familiarity with transformer design, manufacturing, and testing processes. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with personnel at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
