We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle directly at the client site, ensuring efficient talent acquisition for high-volume roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver qualified candidates while maintaining an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary recruitment representative at the client location in Tampa. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, primarily in light industrial, clerical, or customer service functions.
Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, resume review, interviews, offer management, and onboarding support. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with local job boards, workforce agencies, and community partners to increase candidate flow. Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and hiring priorities. Coordinate and lead onsite job fairs, open houses, and other hiring events. Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and placement success. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or onsite environment. Experience recruiting in manufacturing, logistics, administrative, or call center roles is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. ). Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
