As they continue to expand their enterprise footprint, we're on the hunt for a Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the team and play a pivotal role in driving long-term customer success. About the Role: As a Technical CSM, you’ll be the trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers across the Canada & NA.

You'll guide customers through their post-sales journey, helping them realize value, optimize ROI, and solve high-level technical challenges — all while ensuring a seamless and secure experience. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise customersDrive adoption and value realization across the full security and connectivity suitePartner with customer technical teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve complex issuesInfluence product adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to deliver customer outcomesDeliver business reviews, success plans, and technical recommendationsWhat You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a Technical CSM, TAM, or Post-Sales EngineerStrong background in network security, cloud infrastructure, or application securityAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working with enterprise customers in a consultative, high-touch environmentLocated in Canada
