Account Executive

Steel City Media is looking for full-time Account Executives to join our growing sales team in the heart of Pittsburgh. 🏢 On-Site Role | 💼 Full-Time Position💰 CompensationCompetitive Base Salary + Commission (Negotiable)Car Allowance🔑 What You’ll DoBuild and grow relationships with clients and key accounts. Prospect new business and manage accounts throughout the sales cycle. Create and present engaging proposals using our radio stations, digital products, and branded events. Develop compelling sales packages and negotiate advertising rates.

Lead creative campaigns and deliver written and verbal presentations. Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities. Provide sales projections, account updates, and forecasting. 💡 What We’re Looking For2+ years of outside sales experience preferred, but we welcome motivated newcomers. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred). Strong public relations and communication skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative. Comfortable with Microsoft Office; digital sales experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license and insurance; clean driving record required.
