Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Perugia for candidates with a strong STEM background. The role involves contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of energy conversion technologies. Day-to-day tasks will include researching energy systems, developing prototypes, testing and optimizing devices, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure efficient outcomes. The candidate will also engage in analyzing data and preparing technical reports. Qualifications Strong background in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM fields, with experience in energy systems or vibration mechanics.Skills in experimental research, prototype development, and data analysis.Knowledge of energy conversion technologies, sensor systems, and material science.Proficiency in programming, modeling, or simulation tools such as MATLAB or similar software.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.Fluency in English and knowledge of Italian is highly advantageous.Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant STEM discipline preferred.
