STEM Programs Manager

The Husidman Youth Science Center at Ben-Gurion University is looking for an experienced and motivated Program Enrichment & Science Education Manager to lead the development and operation of science-based programs for youth.In this role, you will manage enrichment and exposure programs, develop and operate lab-based learning activities, oversee instructional teams, and collaborate with external partners such as schools and local authorities. This position combines academic innovation, program management, and meaningful educational impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate science enrichment and exposure programs.Develop, build, and implement educational activities and curricula.Create and operate laboratory learning modules in science and technology.Recruit, train, and supervise instructors, including admissions, ongoing support, and professional development.Manage learning programs, workshops, school visits, and youth activities, including monitoring performance and evaluating outcomes.Promote the Center’s activities through outreach, marketing, and partnerships with external stakeholders.Plan and manage Center events in collaboration with university PR teams.Prepare periodic reports, produce materials for stakeholders, and update the Center’s website.Manage a team of program coordinators.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Master’s degree preferred).At least 5 years of relevant experience.Experience developing lab curricula.Background in instruction/teaching.Experience working with youth.Advantage: experience in marketing and outreach.Availability for work during non-standard hours.
