Join us on our mission to protect health and well-being in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way. We are now seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee one of our key sites in Dublin. You will be proven plant manager holding significant experience, able to provide strong inspirational leadership to the operational team as well as playing a key role in driving our vision of continuous improvement and retaining high levels of engagementYou will be key in ensuring the safe long-term operation of the Plant whilst running at a sustained high useage.

Achieving this will need effective use of resources and manpower on a day to day and hour by hour basis (les growth, customer satisfaction and retention). You will be responsible for all day to day plant operations. Accountability for overall productivity will be yours, ensuring that activities are cost effective and levels of resource are managed effectively. Budgetary responsibility for the site, ensuring costs are managed in line with P&L expectations. Ensure that the site management teams are engaged in supporting the financial requirements and goals of the business including effective cost control, supporting AR functions, revenue, profit.

This is significant role, previous indepth experience of owning a major site P&L, compliance, HSO, utilisation and asset management (vehicles, people, systems) is essential.
