We work together to shape the future of energy, and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.Starting with the role:Currently, we are searching to hire a Stocks Accountant who will manage and implement inventory accounting processes by ensuring accurate valuation and related reporting needs.During your day you will:Monitor and reconcile daily sales, purchases, and inventory data between GALAXY ERP and SAP systemsPerform system reconciliations between SAP Makraion, Galaxy Retail, and related SAP entities (AVIN, Coral Gas)Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to identify and resolve interface or data discrepanciesMaintain and update SAP material master data through structured uploadsReview and reconcile inventory balances and key General Ledger accounts to ensure data accuracyPrepare Gross Margin analyses and related management reportsSupport internal and external audits through the preparation of required documentationRecord, review, and reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare consolidated reportsManage the submission of heating oil transactions to the Hfaistos systemWhat you need to stand out:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance positionSolid understanding of accounting principles and proceduresFamiliarity with computerized accounting systems and SAP processesFluency in English (proficiency in writing, reading, speaking)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)Strong communication and organizational skills
