Stock Controller

Job Title: Stock ControllerLocation: KuwaitCompany: UFFF Group Company for Wholesale and Trade Retail.Job Purpose:To ensure efficient inventory management by coordinating with warehouses,sales, and finance teams. The Stock Controller will analyze supply chain data tomaintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and supportsmooth operations across all branches.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inventory control processes with warehouse, sales, andfinance departments. Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and ensure stockavailability. Receive shipments from local and foreign suppliers. Prepare and submit restocking requests based on inventory needs. Track shipments and managing internal transfers between branches andwarehouses. Oversee proper storage, labeling, and packaging of inventory. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure alignment with budget targets. Maintain accurate records of daily shipments, purchases, and pricingupdates. Perform physical inventory counts across stores and branches.Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, orrelated field. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or stock control. Hands-on experience in organizing and arranging retail store inventory,with ability to distinguish product types. Proficiency in inventory management systems. Strong analytical skills in supply chain data interpretation. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Highly organized with effective time management. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookup) and emailcorrespondence.
