Stock Keeper

Job TitleStore KeeperThe Store Keeper is accountable for overseeing the inbound operations and inventory management. S/He maintains communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage outbound activities for customer ordersManage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor turnaround time (TAT)Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management systemCoordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer ordersVerify customs documentation for exports and transfer of ownershipTrack shipments and update customers on a timely basisCoordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destinationCooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipmentsCoordinate with the Operations Manager on the confirmation of received merchandiseCheck for damaged merchandise and report accordinglyUpdate all transactions on the system and ensure data accuracyAssist in stock counts and inventories and ensure optimal stock levels at all timesHandle the proper replenishment of merchandise.Handle order processing, invoicing, and AWB creation with logistics partners.Coordinate picking, packing, and shipment dispatch to ensure timely delivery.Manage online inventory and stock transfers between stores and warehouse.Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues promptly.Support returns/exchanges and maintain accurate records on SAP/ERP.Prepare daily order and inventory reports and ensure smooth e-commerce operations.Position RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.ExperienceAt least 3 years of relevant experience.#LI-JN1
