Position OverviewThe Head of FP&A at Stoli Group will lead the financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the global business. This role plays a critical function in supporting the Group CFO and senior leadership with strategic insights, budgetary control, business planning, and performance management.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, commercially minded finance professional who brings structure, forward-thinking, and business partnership to the organisation. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & ForecastingLead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning cycles across all regions and business units. Partner with Commercial Finance, Accounting, and Operational teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in planning. Drive financial modelling and scenario planning to support business strategy and capital allocation. 2. Performance Management & Business InsightMonitor, analyse, and report on key financial KPIs, variances, and business trends to senior management. Prepare monthly management reports and board-level presentations.

Deliver insights and recommendations to drive financial efficiency and improve margins. 3. Consolidation & Group ReportingOversee the consolidation of financial results across entities and regions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. Collaborate closely with the Consolidation Manager to align statutory and management reporting requirements. 4. Business Partnering & Decision SupportSupport pricing strategies, investment decisions, and cost optimization initiatives. Provide analytical support for M&A, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives. 5. Team LeadershipManage and develop a high-performing FP&A team, currently including a Consolidation Manager and a Financial Analyst. Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance forecasting accuracy and business alignment. 6. Systems & Process ImprovementDrive improvements in financial systems, planning tools (e. g. , ERP, BI platforms), and FP&A processes. Support automation and digitization initiatives within Finance. Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred. 8–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles, ideally in FMCG, beverage, or multinational environments. Strong financial modelling, analytical, and data visualization skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to interact with senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Proven experience managing and developing finance teams. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools (e. g. , SAP, NetSuite, Power BI) is highly desirable. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
