B ased in our office in central Ljubljana , t he role will be a perfect fit for a creative designer with corporate experience, good attention to detail and a positive attitude .
As well as hands-on design work, the job will involve managing and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced one-person studio, and liaising with stakeholders across the business, acting as the go-to person for visual and creative advice. What You Will Be DoingAs a Graphic Designer at Stolt-Nielsen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms.
This dynamic position involves managing a variety of design-related projects and developing creative and impactful content that aligns with the company’s messaging and communciations goals . By leveraging your expertise in design and creativity, you will contribute significantly to enhancing the perception and global presence of our brand, delivering solutions that resonate with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Responsibilities Produce professional content including presentations, publications, materials for print and events, video, infographics and animations for publication online, always adhering to the approval/publication process.
Assist internal stakeholders (Corporate Communications and business teams) in translating key business messages into high quality, engaging materials. Maintain the brand’s visual identity across all materials and advise others on its correct usage. Improve the effectiveness of Stolt Studio, proactively making changes and improvements to processes where necessary and producing regular reports to measure ROI. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate organization.
Having completed a study or course in graphic design is a plus! Full proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud ( InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Premier Pro) and demonstrable experience in directly using PowerPoint to create and edit high-quality presentations. Demonstrated ability to prioritize stakeholder requests effectively while consistently meeting deadlines. Strong understanding of branding principles and their application across various media. Well-developed design sensibility, ensuring clear and impactful visual communication of key messages. Ability to communication with people of all levels, building relationships through verbal and written communication. Very good written and spoken English.
