Unlock your fullest potential with us!McDonald’s is the largest fast-food chain with over 40,000 employees serving Filipinos all over the Philippines, and we are continuously on the lookout for high-caliber talents to join our growing team!With us, working means an opportunity to grow with our limitless career opportunities, and experience an empowering, inclusive and safe work environment.What you will do:Collaborates closely with Real Estate Officers to identify store design requirements and conducts tests and surveys to gather essential information for store design determinationUtilizes CAD technology to convert preliminary store design sketches into comprehensive 2-D and 3-D technical drawingsInterprets and encodes architect's sketches and layout designs, adhering to defined specifications, guidelines, and technical details and developing schematic drawings and layouts, ensuring adherence to store design standards and local building code regulationsWorks in tandem with Real Estate Officers, Engineers, and Architects to ensure the precision of designs and compliance with project requirementsRevises, modifies, and adjusts existing drawings based on instructions or updates and recommends design enhancements based on factual data and gathered insightsEnsures timely project completion according to the established schedule while maintaining rigorous quality assurance processesMaintains and updates a comprehensive database of all models, drawings, and related engineering documents, tracking any design changesCollaborates with support groups to swiftly resolve any project-related issues as they ariseWhat we are looking for:With at least 2 years of experience as a Licensed ArchitectStrong background and expertise in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design, Commercial, and Retail DesignWho you will work with: Be part of a professional team where you’ll learn from the best employees in the field.
