Job Description

“UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.” is looking for a proactive and qualified person who is interested to be a part of us as ‘Store Maintenance and Safety’ to oversee facility maintenance and safety operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge in building systems and safety functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating repair works, ensuring safety compliance, and promoting a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities:Maintenance: Manage and coordinate external suppliers for maintenance and repair tasks.Supervise and ensure quality of repair works including: - Flooring, walls, ceilings, doors - Air conditioning systems - Lighting and electrical systems - Fire alarm and safety systemsConduct regular inspections and follow-up on maintenance issues.Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams in both Thai and English.Maintain records of maintenance schedules, supplier performance, and repair history.Support Store Operations Department by ensuring all systems are functioning safely and efficiently.Safety: Develop and implement comprehensive safety systems and procedures across the organization.Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and legal compliance.Ensure all safety measures align with Thai laws and industry standards.Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with relevant departments to promote a culture of safety.Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reportsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.Minimum 2-5 years of experience in maintenance and safety management, or related field.Strong understanding of Thai safety laws and building systems.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.Ability to ambitious and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to grow and succeed.Service Mindset & Positive AttitudeA genuine service mind and a willingness to learn are essential.To embrace diverse perspectives, communicate with empathy, and engage in respectful, reasoned dialogue.To work with colleagues from various cultural backgrounds, so openness and adaptability are key.Confidence & LeadershipTo encourage team members to speak up, share ideas, and take initiative.Leadership is not just about managing others—it’s about being proactive, responsible, and inspiring those around you.Good communication skills in English and Thai (spoken and written)Ability to work independently and travel to store locations as needed.Working Hour:Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00Working Place:UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
