Project Engineer Manager

Job SummaryLead and manage capital and improvement projects across Sor Khonkaen’s operations. This role is accountable for overall project performance, project governance, and developing others in project execution capabilities. You will also control and oversee the total CAPEX portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of capital and improvement projects: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handoverGovern project execution across all functions to ensure alignment with company-approved frameworks, standards, and timelinesInitiate and implement fit-for-purpose project management frameworks and toolsEducate, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams to enable them to manage their own projects effectivelyEnsure all projects follow food safety, compliance, and engineering standardsCollaborate with production, QA, maintenance, R&D, finance, and procurement to ensure alignmentOversee and control the total CAPEX planning, budgeting, and tracking processDrive cost-effective solutions and process improvements in all project scopesSelect and manage contractors and suppliers as requiredReport project progress, risks, and mitigation actions to managementJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the food industry (mandatory)Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and capital investmentsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skillsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with CAPEX planning and control
