As the Store Manager you will lead the boutique to achieve commercial excellence, elevate CRM, and build a high-performing team that embodies the brands spirit within the dynamic environment instore.Key Responsibilities:Sales AchievementConduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition’s activityPropose ways to improve the business: in store merchandizing, opening hours, product mixProduce quantitative and qualitative sales reportBe present in the shop floor to generate sales and handling VIP customersCustomer ServiceIdentify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needsEnsure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaintsEnsure building, maintaining and using the customer databaseStock ManagementEnter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movementsSupervise the replenishment process to avoid and report any over stock along with the suggested corrective actionPrepare for the inventoryGeneral OperationsCoordinate with the back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing and merchandizing team regards of new launches, in store animation or renovation and provide feedback accordinglyFollow up on different issues with Mall Management such as mall promotions, permits, securityMonitor customer movement into the shop and detect any theft or violationAcquire product knowledge to create product awareness to the customer and monitor inventory and stock availabilityCheck sales figures, assist in pricing adjustmentsOrganize shop layout, merchandise and display items effectively on shelvesDecorate and animate window displays as per the brand standards and guidelinesConduct regular checks on the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and shelvesEnsure staff compliance and proper implementation of proceduresEnsure smooth and effective running of daily activitiesMerchandisingMaintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, lighting and stock rotationImplement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelinesConduct daily walkthroughs to check presentation standardsPeople ManagementPrepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staffCan be involved in the recruitment process of Shop Staff and Sales Executives within the domainManage, engage and delegate the responsibilities of the team reporting to him/herConduct the appraisal and assessment of own team membersResponsible for coaching and training own team membersCommunication with different departmentsReconcile daily reports with Accounting DepartmentAscertain proper labeling and receipt of shipments with PSAS DepartmentEnsure accurate figures on POS system with IT department as well as proper running of finger scan machine with HR DepartmentCommunication with Retail ManagerPrepare, discuss and set staff monthly objectivesSupervise stock transfers and present monthly feedback on product movementDiscuss staff related issues such as annual leaves, confirmations and ensure proper adherence to policies in practiceAssist in the Development of a succession plan for the Boutique and report on staff performance and progressProvide relevant reports on periodic sales, stock movements to assist in buying/buying reviews if necessaryYour Profile:Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique for at least 3 years, ideally in luxury footwear and leather goods.Strong leadership, business acumen, and passion for delivering world class customer experiences.Deep understanding of CRM, luxury clientele and evolving luxury retail trends.Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
