Position: Store ManagerLocation: 85C Bakery & Coffee (Monivong Branch)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our coffee and bakery store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, providing excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining high-quality standards for both food and beverages.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management:Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.Manage inventory, product display and work with purchase team to order supplies to ensure the store is fully stocked.Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company guidelines.Implement and maintain food safety regulations and ensure staff adheres to safety and cleanliness protocols.Coordinate and supervise store opening and closing procedures.2. Staff Management:Manage, train, and develop store staff, ensuring they understand operational standards, customer service expectations, and product knowledge.Create work schedules for all staff, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours.Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment to maintain high morale and motivation.3. Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is always prioritized.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.Ensure that store staff delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for customers.4. Financial Management:Monitor store sales and financial performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Control and manage store expenses, including delivery costs, and supplies.Track cash flow, prepare daily/weekly financial reports, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.5. Marketing and Promotions:Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing activities to drive traffic and sales.Coordinate with the marketing team to implement seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and customer loyalty programs.Manage social media and local advertising efforts to increase brand visibility and community engagement.6. Product Quality Control:Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to company standards.Work with the productions and barista teams to improve recipes, presentation, and overall quality.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the company’s taste and appearance standards.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a retail, food service, or coffee shop environment.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety regulations and health & safety standards.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Passion for coffee, bakery products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Additional Requirements:Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand for long periods, lift light-to-moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.Chinese speaking is a plus.Interested candidate please submit your resume to hr@brandingking.coPlease contact Telegram @manoblim for more information.Thank you!
