Store Manager (Food & Beverage)

Job Description

About the RoleYou will be responsible for the operational running of the store and its people/staff, including scheduling and discipline. You will also be responsible for regularly checking inventory values against system data (including implementing measures to prevent data errors and potential shrinkage), and providing service that meets (or exceeds) customer expectations to increase customer loyalty to the company's brand.ResponsibilitiesEstimate stock requirements based on daily/weekly transaction targets and available stock, which can be used as a reference when ordering food, beverage, and equipment supplies.Supervise food preparation processes according to established procedures to ensure all dishes meet company quality standards.Monitor customer service to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.Regularly monitor the physical condition of branches (stores) to ensure they remain comfortable for customers.Supervise the flow of petty cash and sales proceeds to prevent irregularities or administrative errors.Monitor the implementation of promotional activities to ensure programs run according to plan and achieve maximum sales targets.Evaluate and develop team performance to achieve maximum work productivity and continuous improvement.QualificationsMinimum Diploma 3 (any major).Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food and Beverage industry.Willing to work in a store with a shift work system.Willing to work on Weekends (Saturday - Sunday).Knowledge and Skill : Knowledge of coffee or tea products, Food and Beverage Product Handling, Selling Skills, Inventory Management, Customer Relationship Management, Leadership, Microsoft Excel.Placement : Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Medan, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Palembang.
