Role Description The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of our retail store located in Sydney, NSW. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory and merchandising, and ensuring adherence to company policies, including retail loss prevention practices. The Store Manager will play a key role in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Strong background in Store Management, including experience with team leadership and operational efficiency.Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and creating a positive shopping experience.Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and provide feedback to the team.Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure store security and minimize shrinkage.Ability to analyze sales data, manage stock levels, and implement merchandising strategies.Experience in retail or outdoor lifestyle industries is highly advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred but not required.
