They will take initiative, motivate the team, and ensure that every detail contributes to a seamless guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day store operationsLead, train, and motivate store personnelMaintain high standards of service, quality, and hygieneManage stock levels, cost control, and sales targetsSupport continuous improvement and company proceduresRequirements2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or hospitality sectorUniversity or Technical degree (AEI/TEI) or equivalentFluency in English (spoken and written)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCustomer-oriented mindset and hands-on management styleDesired:Experience with POS systems and basic MS Office toolsFlexibility and ability to manage shifting schedules
