We are looking for our store in Antwerp for a Store manager (m/f/x) full time.Your ResponsibilitiesManaging the overall store operations and performanceMeet sales goals by training, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceEnsure that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standardsComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and company’s visual merchandising standardsReport on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.Manage stock levelsYour Profile:Previous retail management experience in a similar size operationMaintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trendsThe ability to lead and motivate a teamVisual Merchandising and stock management experienceExcellent communication and 'people' skillsSolid organizational skillsA strong commitment to customer serviceFluent in Dutch. French and/or English is a plus
