Store Manager Trainee

The candidate will be trained on all restaurant operations from A to Z, across all stations.· The company will invest in a 6-month structured training and development program covering all management and operational aspects.· Each day will include a specific learning plan and practical exposure.· After completing the 6-month training, the candidate will undergo an evaluation; upon passing, they will be officially promoted to Second Assistant, then First Assistant, then Store Manager.· Working hours: 9 hours/day, including a 30-minute break (rotational shifts)· Days off: During training (first 6 months): 1 day off per week; After confirmation: 2 days off per week (rotational)· Salary: Net EGP 10,000· Benefits: Medical insurance and other company benefits. Full benefits are acquired from day 1 in training.· Mobility: Must be flexible to relocate to any branch, even outside the governorate (accommodation and allowance provided when relocated)
