Job Title: Operations Support IIILocation-Type: Onsite – New York, NYStart Date Is: November 10, 2025 (or 2 weeks from offer)Duration: 7-Month ContractCompensation Range: $40–$47/hr W2Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support III professional to support U.S. retail operations during a temporary leave coverage period. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across store openings, relocations, closures, and maintenance projects, while maintaining alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.The ideal candidate has retail operations and project coordination experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can manage multiple moving parts with minimal supervision.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Store Operations & Project SupportCoordinate store openings, relocations, and closures from planning through completion.Track construction timelines, vendor progress, and delivery of fixtures, supplies, and materials.Manage repair and maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolution.Maintain and update project trackers, calendars, and milestone checklists.Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, and invoice processing in My Market and other internal systems.Administrative & Compliance SupportProcess rent payments, vendor invoices, and service requests accurately and on time.Coordinate business license renewals, utilities, and compliance documentation.Maintain organized electronic and physical records for all operational activities.Vendor & Team CoordinationServe as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and internal departments (Retail, Real Estate, and Finance).Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to key stakeholders.Support the ongoing maintenance and presentation of retail locations in accordance with brand standards.Must Haves (Required Qualifications):3–5 years of experience in retail operations, facilities coordination, or project support.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.Prior experience with budget tracking, PO management, and vendor coordination.Organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.Available to start quickly after onboarding (brief overlap with current FTE).Nice to Haves (Preferred Skills):Prior experience in beauty, luxury, or specialty retail.Familiarity with My Market, SAP, or similar financial/project systems.Experience supporting store buildouts, maintenance, or facilities management projects.Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, "can-do” attitude.Benefits:This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
