Role OverviewThe team is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline and engage with key players in Web3 and DeFi. As the first point of contact for many prospective customers, the SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment, enjoys outbound prospecting, and is eager to build a career in Web3 sales with a clear path toward closing roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline DevelopmentResearch and engage with leaders in security, engineering, and strategy at DeFi protocols, DAOs, TradFi firms, infrastructure providers, and crypto-native funds Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and support ongoing pipeline development Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of lead activity in HubSpot or a similar CRM Community & Ecosystem EngagementParticipate actively in relevant crypto communities to uncover new leads and opportunities Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events to support lead generation and increase brand visibility Collaborate with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to convert inbound interest Sales Process & CollaborationWork closely with the sales team to align on messaging, target accounts, and ideal customer profiles Share feedback from prospect interactions to refine positioning and outreach strategies Continuously test and optimize tools, scripts, and outbound sequences to improve performance Qualifications1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or other customer-facing roles (experience in SaaS or Web3 is a plus) Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools (e.
g. , Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Clay, Warmly, MeetAlfred) Exposure to AI productivity tools (e. g. , ChatGPT, Lavender, Regie. ai, Copy. ai) to enhance personalization Strong knowledge of or genuine interest in the Web3/crypto space—especially DeFi, TradFi, centralized exchanges, infrastructure, or custody solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach Highly organized, goal-driven, and dependable in follow-through Coachable and motivated to grow into a quota-carrying sales role
