To empower every food moment around the world, whether it’s through customer service, coding, or couriers.About The RoleBeing responsible for the HQ-level acquisition and account management activities for international & multinational chainsLeading or participating in negotiations and signing country framework agreements and/or franchisor contracts with chain HQSetting sales targets in collaboration with the team leadActing as the 'Trusted Advisor' and initiating, building and developing long-term relationships with all strategic accounts on country HQ levelTracking and analysing market (developments) and competition's activityDeveloping Joint Business Plans and driving regular Business review/Performance review meetingsAnalysing and optimising processes to increase sales performanceLiaising with the team lead to align on improvements for your specific chain portfolioCatering to special requirements of chains (product features, analytics, co-branding, reporting, invoicing)Being the 'voice of the customer' and building a strong cross-functional network (e.g. 'squad' with Product, Customer Services, Marketing) to provide the best services to your chain restaurantsCan you deliver…5+ years experience in sales roles, of which 2 years at least in key account managementUniversity degree in management, economics or similar.A customer-focused and innovative outlook, being able to optimize work processes across your job Fluent in English and BulgarianIn-depth experience with Chain & Key Account ManagementAbility to work from the Sofia office 3 days a week (hybrid model)At JET, This Is On The MenuOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.Fun, fast-paced, and supportive, the JET culture is about movement, growth, and celebrating every aspect of our JETers.
